1998-2002
(Daryl
Ingalsbe, President. Phone:

in the Software Department.
I developed for Client (Sprint Corporation, FON Group) an Oracle application, in
Visual C++, Windows NT, and with ODBC connectivity. The program -named
“Contracts and Commissions”- calculates commissions due on 60,000 public
phones, and administers the 50,000 contracts of those phones. It can be easily
adapted to work with other DBMS engines. For 2 years I had an office at
Sprint’s HQ (in Overland Park, KS). Vice President of International Sales Promoted in June of 2000. Relocation to Florida was necessary. Remuneration now based on commissions. Telecommunications sales were in recession. R&D Software Center is in New London, MN, and I would like to stay in Florida. I am in excellent terms with former employer. Currently, I am still selling some of their consumer products at eBay, but now as an independent sales agent. (Please see also www.1stTEL.net and www.IndependenTEK.com -sites that I own, and that I have created to promote their products nationally –former- and internationally –latter- although soon will be shut down). ======*******====== LodgeNet

Colorado. Boulder Campus.
Telecommunications Program.(

) In 1993
I earned a Master degree in Telecommunications from the University of
Colorado, Boulder. This ws a time when many network technologies where
sprouting (ATM, FDDI, Token Ring, Frame Relay, SMDS, wireless,...).
Satellite transmission, budgeting of uplinks and downlinks,
cellular technologies, and network protocols (my Thesis was based
on TCP/IP) were the topics that attracted my professional interest. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
(DURING 1970’s and 1980’s)
Ø
During the 1980’s I worked mostly in
Software. I founded two software
ventures to develop database engines. Also
worked in the development of software, to test storage devices in a
manufacturing environment. Ø
I graduated in 1974 from the University of
Puerto Rico with a BSEE in Electronics and Radiating Systems.
For the rest of the 1970’s I worked with radars and avionics, as well
as in airline’s data communication systems. Animal Science

(Supervisor: Venture: I was the founder) President, Owner, Software Developer For eight years (1981-1986 and from
1991-1994) I developed -in "C"- applications software for the
agribusiness industry. These applications were database management systems,
applied to the operation of dairy farms.
"Animal Science Software

closed for lack of venture capital.

Labor Standards Reports. (2)
Implemented
a database for the Disposition of Electronic Boards (either Rework/Refurbishing
or Scrap). I created the ROSI formula using an innovative curve-fitting
algorithm –Hermite Polynomial. (3)
Developed
in C language a Channel Emulator to diagnose our solid-state memory devices. (4)
Wrote
AUTO-MDL. Critical software that I
created at STK. Written in C, with INFORMIX as DBMS, and UNIX OS. It interfaced
with users, particle counters, bar-code readers, environmental stress chamber,
etc. (5)
Developed

(Used to be located in 245 Park Ave., NYC) Dates Employed:
1977-1980
(Supervisor: Jim Wheeler. Phone: 800 545-7644.) Telecommunications
Officer I worked 4 years for this Airline, in a
rich environment of computer networks and high-tech telecommunications
equipment. I was part of a small team of Engineers who maintained the BOADICEA
Reservation System, including software upgrades and data traffic-control. Worked
"on-call" 24 hours, often having to do immediate air shuttling to BA's
ticket offices (at many US airports: NY-JFK, Washington-Dulles,
Boston-Logan,…) where we would do on-site troubleshooting and repairs. This
reservation system was at the time one of the world's largest long-haul
telecommunication networks. It carried not only British Airways traffic, but
many other hosts (Clients: Air India, Cunard, Quantas, South African
Airways, TAP, ...). I left British Airways to found my first software venture in
Puerto Rico (Jan. 1981-1983). ======*******====== Databit Inc.

Employed: 03/1976-06/1976
(Supervisor's Name: Earl
Bailey.) International
Sales Manager (Middle East, Europe, W. Africa)
Accepted an offer made by the pioneers in the development of Time-Division
Multiplexers. I was excited by the professional opportunity given, and ecstatic
for the trust and responsibilities laid on me. Only two years out of college, I
became an International Sales Manager. They doubled the salary I had with my
previous employer, and when traveling overseas I had an additional 30% as
"hardship allowance". But, the promised 30% traveling came closer to
90% (recently-married, that was intolerable at the time).
Therefore, I resigned after a couple of long business trips to the Middle
East, and Europe. Although I worked there for only a few months I
included this for its professional significance. In 1984 the company merged with
Siemens Stromberg-Carlson. On 1992 they move to Boca Raton, FL (Siemens
